My first time here I made an apt to have a shampoo, cut, and style with Jennifer. Upon arrival I was told my hair looked clean enough to cut without shampooing for it would be easier to cut the style I requested. Throughout the experience the stylist complained constantly and gossiped about other customers, which of course made me feel uncomfortable. Once the cut was complete, no other "styling" was done and I paid to leave. I'd like to also note that after checking out there was no 'thank you' or 'have a nice day'.
Absolutely, hands down the best haircut I've ever had. As long as Toby is doing hair, I'll not go anywhere else. He, and all the stylists there, are friendly, talented and knowledgeable, and go beyond just cutting your hair.
Went in to get a haircut (their “walk-in’s” welcome sign is ALWAYS on) and was met by an older gentleman who was extremely rude. Literally just walked in, asked politely for a haircut, and was told that there were no openings and that I just shouldn’t get a haircut??? At a hair salon?? Very rude. Will not be coming here again.
Overall I was in and out within 15 minutes with an ok cut and a lot of ill feelings. I came in looking for the salon experience (for I only go maybe twice a year), and was highly disappointed due to being given the bare minimum.

Great Salon, love the atmosphere! The beautcians are pleasant, helpful and courteous. Prices are very reasonable!
I would say the only saving grace of possibly going back is that the other employees seemed very nice and the salon in general seem to be up to speed with the current training classes. May give it another try with a different stylist for I believe in second chances.
