Overall, very rude, poor customer service and bad work. Don't let your insurance company talk you into going there.
It took the shop two extra weeks to do a bad job. The main problem, in addition to the mis-aimed headlight, was the driver door didn't fit right and there were prying marks on the plastic trim. The old guy in the office tried to blame it on wear and tear, but it was definitely from the accident. When I pressed further he insisted they didn't touch the door. I know they did touch the door because it was all bent from the accident. The door proceeded to leak water from the rain.
I'm splitting the difference and giving 1 star overall. Had over $8,000 of work done total. Completion times kept changing, which can be understandable due to parts ordering. But the attitude of the owner was always beyond rude- not wanting to deal with customers for any reason INCLUDING PAYMENT by customers other than me on several occasions when I stopped by in person to check progress. There was a unique part that was hard to look up by my adjuster that I wanted to point out from the beginning but the owner just kept pushing me off "not to worry, we'll get it." Finally time to pick my vehicle up and pay and of course the part wasn't installed or even ordered because he didn't want to listen to me, claimed it was never part of the adjustment. I whipped out my copy, highlighted it and watched him eat crow as he ordered the part while I sat there. No apology just, "we'll see you when it comes in." Again, I think the quality of work is average but I won't deal with such rude service. Too many other shops to choose from and by the number of recent TV commercials, he needs business. I'd avoid this shop if you can.
I took my 2015 KIA Soul there back in June to have the passenger fender & front bumper repaired. It took them forever to do the repair. After my car being in his shop for over 3 weeks he called said it was ready. I went to pick it up they forgot to repair the fender had to keep it for another week. After looking my car over they had put a big scratch down the side of it that wasn't there when I dropped it off. The owner said we can fix it just leave it. After already having the manufacture paint on the car and them having to paint the front bumper after repair, They had to take my car back in the paint shop to fix & paint the fender b/c they are idiots and didn't do it the first time. Then wanted to take my car bk and get the 3rd paint job on it where they scratched my car I said no. They are hacks and I had over spray all over my car and windows. The paint had a bunch of dirt in it under the clear coat b/c they had a dirty shop, dirty parking lot and worked with the doors open. I wouldn't recommend this place for a kids battery operated car. Worst customer service and the owner is rude.
Did great work. On time and with friendly cheerful folks.
Customer service is horrible - no stars.
Work was completed thru USAA as they have a contact with them. I was happy with the work and time was as quoted if not faster. I had a pleasant experience and did not see any actions as the other reviews experienced.
