Since I have owned the phone, I constantly have calls dropped, cannot get in touch with anyone from sprint unless I drive there....they don't answer the phone, and I can't talk to a person reference my account when going to sprint.com or calling in for support.....I may have made a huge mistake changing carriers. Its amazing what Sprint assumes the customer requires as far as support!!!
One agent in particular was rude, never explained that I had a choice of phone at time of promotion and it cost way to much to pay this phone off and gotta pay way to much to upgrade.. needless to say I'll be switching providers
