I've bought 2 weed eaters and a zero turn mower from Middletown over the last few years and they have always been very professional. I have went in for parts a couple times and they always helped me get exactly what I needed.
Nothing but problems trying to get parts! If I even receive the right ones I won't be back!

Bought D110 at Lowes in Morgantown. Delivered last week. Tractor vibrated violently when the mower was engaged. Talked to Middletown Tractor. Was told it could take 21 days service turn around not including pick up and delivery times. What to do with my yard for that period? Tough! Tractor went back to Lowes. They were great. Picked up the tractor next day. I thought John Deere service was supposed to be so good!
Bought a brand new nearly $4,000 tractor and when they delivered it the hood was all scuffed up. The delivery guy took pictures and said they'd be in touch. After nearly 2 months with no contact, I went in, nobody knew what I was talking about. The Sales rep I spoke to said he would call back in 2 days with a solution.....blown off again. 2 weeks later I came back in and it took an in depth description and looking me up for the same guy to even remember me. Not once did he apologize for blowing me off and totally wiping me from his memory. They replaced the hood later that day but in my opinion it should have been right the first time before it was ever delivered. They still haven't made things right in my eyes for continuing to blow me off and waste my time. I'll be going out of my way to let people know about how bad their customer service is and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There is a right way to handle things and a wrong way. These guys missed the mark big time.
