My experience with Ace was not good. Bought a weedeater and after second time running it , it wouldn't start. They said they couldn't help me and I should take it to a service dealer.
I like shopping at this Ace. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the time they know their hardware.
This Ace is a really good option when you need to send someone with little experience to get you something. A rough description with an example or a picture will usually do. They won't treat them like a jerk for not knowing the difference in something. I handed someone a 45 elbow with the instructions, "Go to Ace; I need this but as a 90." She returned with the right part, and said the Ace employee was very helpful.
Staff not competent to give advice. Do your own research and buy accordingly.
The workers here are always friendly and helpful. They tend to have what you need in stock. I like the place.
Not a good time with this store. Not very helpful or knowledgeable about their inventory! Terrible time trying to get a refund back from a product bought online and to pick up in store. Just all around terrible service.
