Insurance and new patient setup done in minutes. Staff was super nice. Doctor was inviting and helpful. Ran test and wrote prescription asap. Full visit less than 30 min. Really great experience.

They do have great doctors here and ones that are helpful, they will be honest and let you know if you should go to an ER instead of there. I've taken my mom there a few times, and they were helpful. Keep in mind that the med express are good when you sick and no primary doctor. Also the cost is cheaper overall compared an ER visit and more personal. Also there billing is a lot more transparent than an ER bill. Med express is good for minor issues and concerns. If is something that is bigger they will recommend the ER or a specialist depending on the case. They are very good for what they are.

A FIFTY DOLLAR COPAY FOR ONE CHEST X-RAY?!?! WHY IN THE HELL DO I CARRY INSURANCE??? YOU PEOPLE ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY, AND THE MONEY IS IN CALIFORNIA. YOU SHOULD GO THERE. I KNOW I'LL NEVER WALK THROUGH YOUR DOORS AGAIN. NO NEED FOR ONE OF YOUR PLACATING RESPONSES. YOU DON'T KNOW ME, AND FOR SOMEONE WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE BUSINESS OF CARING, YOU DON'T! YOU SENT ME OUT OF THERE WITH PNEUMONIA! I'LL BE SURE TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS.

Great place if you break a bone or have a cold

The only reason I'm giving three stars is because the nurse practitioner was wonderful and we got there at 8am and got right in. The bigger woman with red hair who took vitals and ran an ekg on my family member was TERRIBLE and extremely RUDE. I work in healthcare and you should absolutely never be rude to the patient or family. We were worried about my family member's heart and I mentioned that I also run EKGs in the hospital and asked if it looked okay to her. She replied "You aren't qualified to read an EKG," laughing as she said it. "There's a difference between running them and reading them" I was just worried about her well being and a nicer approach would have been to say she'll have the doctor look at it to interpret right away. Highly dissatisfied. If you do go here I would recommend staying away from this horrid woman!!!
