Convenient, considering the only other two around are in Morgantown and Clarksburg. And as far as the other negative reviews go... It's called the DMV people. When has the DMV ever been a pleasure to visit?
Not polite. Not efficient. They changed instructors after 1 test.. They suck

Endless loop of recorded message saying to email them if you don't want to wait. Call was dropped twice on the 800 number Never did reach a human.
This place is absolutely horrible. I have been to this DMV several times since it first moved in. The first 2 times were fine, I was in and out very quickly. The last 4 times I have been in there it has been a complete disaster. The staff is so slow I almost put an application in just to show them that it isn't rocket science. On top of it all, the staff is rarely even out front. I have absolutely no clue what can be so important in the back room that you need to go back there for 20 minutes at a time. Either way this place sucks. The service sucks. The staff sucks. Everything about this place sucks. Although the chairs you wait in are comfy but that's still no reason that the staff can suck just cause you have a nice seat to sit in.
