Doctors don't communicate with the patients at all. The nursing staff is even worse. They are rude and uncooperative in every situation and completely unreasonable. The staff sets around doing nothing most of the time gossiping. I've also over heard them gossiping about patients and the problems the patients where annoying them about. You are there being paid to help people. Not talk about them. This place might look nice because of the upgrades, but it's still the same trashy clinic it has always been.
The administrative and nursing staff at this location have very little actual regard for the well being of their patients. Nurses in supervisory positions are permitted to disrespect customers with impunity. Do not award this sham of a business with your patronage.
I had a very good experience. The staff were professional and helpful. Dana Satterfield is a gem. The lab technicians were courteous and professional. Kelly, on 2nd floor, was very nice, and helpful.
Rude receptionists, rude nurses, and rude doctors. It's like no one that has worked there has ever worked in a clinic, or any health care workplace before. Awful. You'll also wait for at least an hour to be seen for any appointment on any day at any time, even if you're the first appointment of the day. Don't expect your prescriptions to be given the go ahead to be refilled in under 3 days. Definitely call to have them refilled at least a week in advance so that you're not left without your prescriptions. They also won't call you to let you know they were refilled after they tell you that they need to speak with the doctor and then call you back. They'll just eventually refill it and you are somehow supposed to know or call them back every day until they say they did it. So, essentially, if you have nothing to do all day, unlimited talk time on your phone, you don't mind conversations with incompetent receptionists, and need to be seen by a doctor (and you don't care if they're rude) but you have a window of 6 months then this place would be PERFECT for you.
