Its a family business. They are very good. Scheduling can be tricky but i was satisfied and saved alot of money.
Under no circumstances use this plumber. He used his 16 yr old to try and fix my comode from running and charged me $90.00. I had to get another plumber to come in and fix it because this plumber didnt do it right. When I got the 2nd plumber he said this is about the 4th time in the last week he has had to fix something D & S has worked on. Dont waste your money!
Absolutely terrible. We had them install plumbing for two bathrooms. We did not do it ourselves because we wanted someone with knowledge and experience to help guide the projects. It should have been easy since the walls were down to the studs in the whole house. We had to babysit the crew the entire time. They did not use any sort of thought or consideration in what they did. In the end, everything leaked. We didn't even call them to deal with the leaks because it was just easier to fix it ourselves. Sam the owner was good, so if you can get him to do your work you should be well taken care of. We were left with a bunch of inexperienced kids that had to redo half the work that was done. Tho, I do think that most of the crew was fired before our job was actually complete...
sorry for your bad experiences, but this company is one of the longest running and best plumbers in the area. I've been using them for many years as well as my neighbors and they have proved to be the best in services and prices! Also knowing that the owner is a 4th generation plumber I believe he's a well dependable and more than trusting with all your plumbing needs...I would highly recommend using this company for anything you need fixed or repaired....thanks D&S plumbing!!!
