The receptionist is absolutely rude!!! She obviously does not like her job that she has to take it out on people calling into the Sheriff's Department. The receptionist at any organization should definitely have people skills and be pleasant to speak with. She snapped at me when I asked for a particular Deputy and I was told immediately before I stated my business that he was busy and she said I will have him call you WHEN he isn't busy in very rude, sarcastic tone. When I asked if I could leave him a message, she stated, "Yes I am already telling him that you called" and I wanted to leave specifics because it might have saved him from the phone call since she indicated he was so busy in a "profound way". She became even MORE rude. People like this do not deserve a customer service position especially when there are people out there calling in and being genuinely nice to them.
