Did not like the way I was treated here and everyone I've talked to about ridge runner has had a bad experience with them. Spend your money elsewhere unless you like being ripped off.

I wanted a cap for my truck bed and I had heard good things about them so I decided to give them a try. Bad decision. I walked in, built the type of cap I wanted, and they said it would be a $100 deposite. Ok, no problem. I give them the $100, and they tell me it'll be two weeks until it's ready, and they'll call. Three weeks go by and I haven't heard anything, so I decide to drop by. The guy tells me rather carelessly, 'no, it'll be another two weeks'. So I waited a month and came back in, and he says it's still not ready. This happened around august 2016, it's now mid February 2017. Still nothing. So they took my $100, and basically that's it. I got no refund, no apology, no call to say it's finally ready. Nothing. If you want truck parts, go to a REAL company that will actually keep its word.
UPDATE: I went back in to ask if I could have my deposit back or a discount on the cap. Long story short, he tells me it's MY fault because I didn't come in to check on it, when 1) I DID come in -several times, 2) they said THEY would call ME, and 3) it's not my responsibility to check in on you like a bunch of children and make sure you're doing your job. He told me it was my fault for not getting it sooner and that I should just go ahead and buy it. Nope, I wouldn't want to buy it from you now anyway. Also, I'm never buying anything from there again. Stay away from this place if you value customer service and respect yourself.
