Worst groomer I have ever had my dogs at. They told me to pick them up at 7pm. When I got there they said the needed another hr. Came back an hr later and they still weren’t ready. She kept making excuses of them one being a big dog. Which is an average size golden retriever. Mind you they were dropped of at 1:30 in the afternoon. After leaving once and then waiting another hr in the office we finally left a 9pm. It was a horrible experience all the way around. So basically my dogs were there for nearly 9 hrs. Would not recommend them to anyone. Then to top it all off they charged $296.00 for 2 dogs. I have had my dog done at 5 star resorts and it didn’t cost near that.
The woman who groomed my dog did an excellent job - she was very sweet, too. However, my only complaint is that they are way over priced for the service - if you are ok with spending $80 for a grooming appt, then I definitely recommend this place. If you're like me, though, and are on a budget, I recommend seeking another shop.
Extremely rude when I called to set an appointment. The woman who answered snapped at me. Extremely disappointed in their professionalism!
Why wouldn't I hate the place? Drop off at 8 am.... Silence, silence, silence.... 5 pm, rolls around, still not done?! OK. 9 pm, still Not done!!! 10 pm get a call that they are ready, oh yay!! Go get the two tiny dogs, and this "business" tells me 180$ ... Um, agreement was 100. No curtsey, no calls to update, just a rip off....I didn't bring a Great Dane, did I? I brought two tiny doggies for a trim. Wtf is the matter with your head that you can't do your job in a timely manner, and update me via phone... And what gives you the right to decide to charge 80% more than the Agreed price? Go to hell. Better Business Bureau is notified, enjoy.
Please read before you plan to take your pup there. My sister took her two pound dog to this groomer, and it was overall a terrible, scary experience. First of all, similar to other reviews, my sister's dog had an appointment scheduled for the mid-afternoon, and it wasn't until 10 at night until she got her teacup, two pound little dog back. (You wouldn't think it would take over two hours to trim a teacup dog's hair.) Not to mention, my sister called two different times that evening, they told us to come at 9:30, and we still ended up waiting until 10. Also when we finally got her back, she was very lethargic and completely out of it. She wasn't the dog that my sister originally brought in to be groomed. It wasn't until the next day that she seemed to perk up a little more. Overall, we seem to believe that my sister's dog was drugged/sedated WITHOUT her consent. The reason why it took so long, we believe, is that they needed the drugs/sedation to wear off so we wouldn't be able to notice. (As for my sister's dog, she has never been aggressive in any form to other humans. She goes to her groomer now and acts completely fine, and when we pick her up she's the same dog we brought in. It also only takes two hours for this groomer, by herself, with a busy schedule.) Although it can't be confirmed, my sister nor I will never take our pets there again. Normally, I'm not someone to write a bad review, but as a pet owner and lover, I felt it was necessary to voice the experience I witnessed. Please do your research when it comes to your pet, and what kind of "care" they're put in, as we did not at first.
