I don't know on service itself, but when I called, was referred to call Audubon vet for my birds when their site says they have an exotic vet.
Not a very cat friendly place. Very hyper dog in the cat waiting area that completely stressed out our cat. They wanted to put her to sleep to give her shots. We went to mountaineer vet clinic in morgantown instead. They weren't ridiculous.
