Great service and great products. My husband is a Contractor from Buckhannon and he buy most things from O.C. Cluss they have a salesman who calls on him and they deliver weekly or sooner if he need a special item. If a problem should arise they handle it promptly and with respect to him and his customer. Their Kitchen designer is exceptional she has a lot of ideas and can design anything in all prices from top of line kitchens to basic cabinets for laundry or work space.

The guys that loaded my lumber gave me the worst pieces they could find. One of them indirectly insulted me many times and proceeded to inform me that anyone who didn't drive commercially was a terrible driver while he "regaled" me with anecdotes of his driving prowess of dodging passenger vehicles that constantly try to hit his box truck in traffic.
I really feel I overpaid for the lumber - not only for the quality, but for putting up with the employees.
