The Avenue Motel is a nice, cozy and friendly atmosphere to stay in. The maid staff and front desk are very helpful and kind. The free WiFi and free HBO are two very awesome accommodations to have for the guests. The one thing I wish they supplied for us is complimentary continental breakfast. It would be the icing on the cake. So with that in tow and the fact that the neighbors can get a bit loud on the weekends due to it being a lower rate motel, I give them 4 out of 5 stars!

I always make it a point to stay here when I am in Fairmont. The rooms are always clean and well kept. Free wifi and the help at the front desk is always great! Everything is up to date and all around a very cozy relaxing place. Safe area of town as well. Love the pricing and the staff. Much love from Vegas !
It's cheap, and I've never known them to have a problem with bed bugs. Some of the rooms are as cheap as $65 a night!
Always clean, staff is awesome, great price and I always feel safe here :)
