Good luck getting a hold of anyone useful. If you call a center's number, you will get an automated system that will have you read your tracking number. If something went wrong, it tells you to call that center. At the same number... horrible customer service. UPS is really going downhill these days.
Just throwing this out there for all the negative reviews....the center is only open from like 730 to 9 am and then again from 4:30 to like 7 pm. So...try callling then.
Everyone is so nice and helpful!!! They make my life alot easier!!
I never have any problem with them. And there hours for customer service are actually only 4-630. There are people there sorting packages all day but the girl that answers the phone is only there from 4-630
Paid 75 dollars for shiping thy lost my package and believe it or not won't answer the phone
