Very poor service at this location. On multiple occasions have gotten simple orders wrong, and have been out of icecream on more than one occasion as well. Not sure how and icecream based business runs out of icecream. The final straw was ordering an icecream cake for my son's birthday. I asked for a picture of a volcano to be drawn on the cake with the word "roar" written for a dinosaur themed party. I got "Volcano Roar" written on the cake in what appeared to be the handwriting of an elementary school student. I contacted them several times but no one of authority was ever around for me to speak with directly.
Service was AWFUL!! They were out of several items including fries, bananas, cool whip, anything peanut butter and several other important items. Since they currently did not have fries we got onion rings. And find out they they where not done at all !!! They are onion rings, you deep fried them for like 2-3 minutes, it's not that hard people!
The DQ food is good but service is always slow if more than 2 people order food no matter who is working. Plus, this is the only DQ that consistently has a broken down ice cream machine.
I been buying chicken blt salads everyday for over aweek now .so today no different until I get my salad and it's only half full not properly prepared the chicken was cold barely anything but lettuce .when I said something to employee all he said was that's how their made . Ask if I wanted more lettuce . Very disappointed. So that will be my last salad from there . Very unsatisfied
