I'm so happy that they are in Fairmont. Such a yummy place to stop by and grab a quick cup of steamy hot coffee. Consistently excellent!! Yeah!!!
Love it, employees are great, my order is difficult as soon as I walk in the ones who know how I like it instantly starts making it. Love it here, I'm there 2-3 times a day
I think im becoming a Dunkin Junky, the coffee is always constant, if there is a problem then they will make you a new on no questions.
The fairmont dunkin donut is terrible almost 95 percent of the time for instance yesterday my iced coffee was perfect I always get large Carmel iced coffee with cream sugar and extra ice first off they give my husband a medium then he hands it back cas we ordered a large then he taste no cream or sugar in it they take it back out cream still put no sugar he finally took it and we ended throwing it away a because it’s that awful it’s undrinkable now I got to the dunkin doinut in Morgantown on a daily basis and have never once not once had a bad coffee . I have already written the manger once on Facebook letting them no this happend beofore and u would think as a business owner you would fix it but no Nothing I live 15 minutes from fairmont or I would take the coffe back in and hand it to them and say do you see sugar because anytime I get it in Morgantown and the coffee I got yesterday when u get sugar you can always see it in the bottom . I know to some ppl it’s just a coffee but when u spend money and drive evey weekend or on your day off to get this coffee and more than half the time it’s always terrible and I never get to drink it it really upsets me and what’s upsets me more is they never make it right but I give a big shout out to the employee who was working there yesterday around 12 noon she was very polite and passionate about her job and my coffee was 100 perfect
When they get your order right, it's good. But that is pretty hit or miss. For a doughnut shop, it's also hit or miss as to whether they will have doughnuts. It's not been the exciting addition to the area that I had hoped it would be.
